At Dwell Modern we aren't only involved in sales, we are expert design consultants with years of experience and professional tools at our disposal. We know that the design process can be an intimidating one and sometimes you may not have a clear vision of your needs and the desired end product.

The Dwell Modern team is happy to give you the extra advice and support you need to furnish your home and create the dream space you envision for yourself with our large portfolio of brands and suppliers. We have the professional tools to create 3D and 2D renderings, floor plans and digital concept boards of our products in your space to make the design come to life and provide you with the peace of mind you need to make important design decisions. Our top priority is for you to love the end products and feel confident and excited about your purchases and how the whole space comes together. Once we narrow down the pieces most suitable for your needs there is a whole other world of custom material selections and space planning we will guide you through until the completion of your project.

Our in house design services are complimentary but an initial design fee of $500 will be charged before we create any renderings or floor plans. This fee will then be applied to the total of your order with us once the perfect pieces and customizations are selected or remain on your customer file as a credit if you choose not to order at that time.
